Use:The silencer can be used for all valves, cylinders and in compressed air units where there is noise. The SIVANI silencer is manufactured in dimensions to fit all standard sizes: 1/8" - 1/4" - 3/8" - 1/2" - 3/4" - 1" and 5/4".

Fitting:
The silencer is screwed directly onto the exhaust outlet. The spanner faces of the base ensure secure tightening. The silencer will withstand pressures of up to 10 atmospheres and temperatures of up to 248° C. The knobs of the bronze filter cannot be torn off, and therefore the filter cannot cause damage to the compressed air equipment.

Cleaning
The spherical shape of the filter material facilitates cleaning, which is carried out using compressed air against the direction of flow.

Sound
An open exhaust outlet emits noise levels of approx. 90 dB (A), which is uncomfortable for human hearing. 90 dB is equivalent, for example, to the noise from a heavy truck or an underground train at a distance of a few metres. Using the SIVANI silencer noise reduces to approx. 60-70 dB (A), which is equivalent to normal conversation at a distance of 3 metres.
