Once discussions about component geometry are completed our constructors design the necessary tools. 

As this normally this requires major insight into our special processes, Dansk Sintermetal itself develops and builds all tools. Tools are made in close collaboration with the relevant inhouse departments in order to ensure rapid and efficient implementation of test specimens.

We construct in 3D using Solid Works, and can conform with all common standards. If necessary, we apply Finite Element Analyse to optimising construction. 

Tool making might, for example, comprise powder compaction tools, calibration tools, fixtures for machining work or measuring equipment for use in day-to-day production.
